Prior to purchasing Hectare Commercial Realty Inc. in 2003, Dan was Vice President and a senior agent with a large commercial broker in Toronto for nine years.  With the purchase of Hectare he brings forth years of business and real estate experience and an enthusiasm to allow the company to expand and broaden the range of services offered.

Understanding that commercial real estate companies today, require global connections, the company formed a strategic alliance with Binswanger, a global real estate company out of Philadelphia.  This allows Binswanger Hectare to compete on a level playing field with all competitors while remaining independently owned and operated.

Dan has successfully completed over 500 real estate transactions since 1990 translating to over 18 million square feet of real estate space during his career.
