Bill Bates joined the Binswanger Hectare sales team in 2009 after graduating with an Honours Degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
Bill has joined Dan Bates as part of The Global Distribution and Logistics Solutions Team. This Team focuses on trucking and logistics facilities throughout Ontario, with Bill handling the majority of market research and marketing functions. The Global Distribution and Logistics Solutions Team was formed in 1990 and has completed over 1500 transactions since then.
Bill brings with him a wealth of academic and practical experience to Binswanger Hectare. He has gained invaluable experience with land leases and tenant negotiations while working with a large global oil company in Western Canada. He has also researched and studied real estate management, both in Canada at Western and abroad at the Stockholm School of Business in Sweden.
Bill exudes the enthusiasm and energy required to produce consistent, high quality service that is expected by Binswanger Hectare clients. His dedication to exceeding his clients� expectations is a tremendous asset to The Global Distribution and Logistics Solutions Team.
