Melanie King joined Hectare in 2009 as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative.

Melanie has been a licensed realtor practicing in industrial / commercial real estate since 2001.  Her background includes work in property assessment with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). Her initial years in the business involved working with a Design/Build consultant and on a team with one of the firm�s Top 10 (Canada-wide) performers.

Melanie�s dedication, strong work ethic, negotiation skills and personable approach ensure the delivery of top-notch professional service to her clients.

She specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial buildings and land in the GTA west, concentrating primarily on the markets of Bolton, Brampton, and surrounding areas.
