Prior to purchasing Hectare Commercial Realty Inc. in 2003, Dan was Vice President and a senior agent with a large commercial broker in Toronto for nine years. With the purchase of Hectare he brings forth years of business and real estate experience and an enthusiasm to allow the company to expand and broaden the range of services offered.

Robert Bellissimo has been a licensed realtor practicing in the Commercial Real Estate Industry since 1998. Robert graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in 1998 from the University of Toronto and began his career with a national brokerage firm where he achieved great success. In 2003, Robert joined Hectare GMAC Real Estate to take advantage of the benefits of working at a local brokerage firm.
Robert specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in Mississauga as well as the West Greater Toronto Area. In addition, he is also a member of the Transportation team at Hectare GMAC Real Estate specializing in servicing the Transportation / Outside Storage market.
Furthermore, Robert works with property owners to determine strategies to maximize the utilization and/or return of their properties. This can be achieved through By-law amendments (re-zoning) to a “higher and better use”, minor variances to allow additional uses, severances of excess/unutilized land, etc. Robert has strong relationships with planning consultants who he can call upon when he feels that they can add value.
Having been involved in over 400 commercial real estate transactions, Robert has developed a vast amount of experience which enables him to provide the professional and knowledgeable level of service that is essential to successfully complete commercial and industrial real estate transactions.
His clientele ranges from local to multi-national companies however his primary goal is universal - to provide an excellent level of service that exceeds his clients’ expectations. Robert is a true believer in “going the extra mile” for his clients that rely on him on a daily basis.

Kevin is a graduate of business from Ryerson University specializing in marketing. He joined Hectare Real Estate in 1991 and has successfully completed in excess of 800 transactions. Kevin specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties in the Greater Toronto Area.
His dedication and experience make him a valued agent in the industry and with his clients. Kevin has built his client base through hard work and honesty. A substantial portion of Kevin’s business comes from repeat business. Prominent property owners use Kevin’s services extensively for the leasing or selling of their property.

Ashley Falke joined Hectare GMAC Real Estate team in 2007. She has aligned herself with top producing agent and Senior Vice President, Kevin Brennan and Sales Representative Jason Vance.
Graduating Sheridan College with a Business Marketing Diploma in 2005, Ashley went on to work for a developer. Working as an operations manager for two years, Ashley has been successfully involved with a wide range of transactions in sales and has been successfully involved in over 250 real estate transactions since 2005, translating to approximately $60 million dollars in gross sales.
Ashley is a part of the Corporate Facilities Group formed with Kevin Brennan and Jason Vance. Our team focuses on the execution and delivery of corporate real estate services, by determining the optimal facility parameters and executing a delivery program to allow the client to operate at the maximum efficiency.

Tom is one of the founding members of Hectare Real Estate Ltd., the predecessor to Hectare Commercial Realty Inc. Prior to his career in real estate, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, and then a Chartered Accountant designation while he was employed at Price Waterhouse.
He has over 30 years of experience in industrial, commercial and investment real estate transactions. His knowledge and expertise of the business, combined with a high energy level and enthusiastic approach, has helped him to provide an unparalleled level of service to his clients. Tom attributes much of his success in the real estate business to repeat and referral business from former clients.
Being a Toronto native and having started his real estate career in the East end of the city, Tom is very knowledgeable in all the geographical areas of the G.T.A. He’s always been on the cutting edge of technology using computer databases to search for or market properties so is able to provide clients with a level of service that is second to none.
Tom is an effective communicator with strong negotiating skills who is dedicated to providing service of the highest ethical standards. Renee Vetere joined Hectare GMAC Real Estate in 2008 and is a great addition to Hectare. Graduating from York University, Glendon College, she obtained a B.A. in les études françaises (French studies), and a Certificate of Bilingualism French/English. Renee focuses on industrial and commercial sales and leasing.
Renee joins Hectare with two successful years experience in residential real estate sales and leasing in addition to new condominium sales. Prior to her real estate career, she worked for a multi-million dollar direct marketing firm and maintained an award winning sales quota, including the prestigious President’s Club level sales every year. Debbie began her career in real estate at Hectare in 1982 after graduating from the Executive Secretarial Program at Sheridan College. A few years after joining Hectare, she added to her knowledge of the business by becoming a licensed real estate salesperson.
In her position of Office Manager, Debbie has made many friends and business contacts over the years. She has become the glue that binds the sales representatives at Hectare to the outside world of Industrial and Commercial Real Estate. As such, she is very familiar figure to Hectare’s clients as well as many salespersons in the business.
With her outgoing personality and helpful nature, Debbie has endeared herself to many people in the industry. If one of the salespeople isn’t in the office and a client or other agent needs a quick answer to something – chances are that Debbie can provide it. To anyone associated with the Commercial Real Estate industry, Debbie Zdrilich is a familiar name.
